We take pride in what we do. Every detail matters. That’s why we’ve earned a reputation for building and renovating homes with heart that last for a lifetime.
Each project offers new challenges. We collaborate with great architects who are known for designing homes that reflect the owners’ values. We stay on top of our game, learning innovative techniques for building better and more efficiently. And we never settle for less-than-the-best craftsmanship.
It’s all about loving what you do.
We encourage balance and passion in everything we do, every day.
We invest in our team members because we want them to enjoy working at LCG. Family is a priority, and we honor that commitment.
We expect team members to care about what they do and take great pride in their work. We applaud and reward employees who take initiative, and we support growth in the company. If our team members love what they do, the results will show in their work.
